This is not open-ended processing.
This is structured rebuild work.
Because drifting alone through a hard season is exhausting.
And structure is what restores momentum.
WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE INTENSIVE
The Rebuild Intensive is a focused, small-group experience designed to help men regain structure, clarity, and forward momentum.
Each intensive is limited to three participants, allowing for honest conversation, practical planning, and individual attention.
Over the course of three days, we focus on three key phases:
Day One — Reset
We begin by stepping away from the noise and pressure of everyday life. First with movement, then we deconstruct the drift, examining the patterns that keep men stuck after a major life setback.
The goal of the first day is simple: gain perspective.
Day Two — Rebuild
The second day focuses on practical tools for rebuilding momentum.
We work through systems for:
• Daily structure
• Discipline and habits
• Managing looping thoughts
• Regaining direction and control
This is where the rebuild begins to take shape.
Day Three — Execute
On the final day, each participant builds a 90-day rebuild plan designed to move life forward again.
You leave with clear priorities, practical tools, and a structure for executing the next phase.
Over 3 Days You'll get:
Cold exposure.
Movement.
Structure.
Real accountability.
No guru. Grit.
